If you’re looking for a night full of Pan-Asian cuisine and stunning décor, Bronte is the restaurant of your dreams! With blush pink dining chairs, marble tables and cherry blossom trees, interior designer Tox Dixon certainly pulled out all the stops to make it an instagrammers heaven! Located on The Strand in London, Bronte is a striking and vibrant restaurant with timeless design and modern elegance.
This weekend my family and I went to Bronte to celebrate my mums birthday; it had such a great vibe and buzzy atmosphere. I have always been a massive foodie and love trying out new bars and restaurants, and this menu did not disappoint! From dim sum plates to sashimi pizzas and grilled meats, there really is a dish for everyone. Bronte has also recently updated their menu adding more dishes that can be shared, making them perfect for larger groups and parties.
Here are a few of my personal favourites! For starters, I would recommend the delicious Satay Chicken Skewers with Coconut and the Snow Crab California Rolls, they were both delicious and so well presented. A stand out main for me was the Bronte Beef Burger – it was cooked to perfection and literally melted in the mouth. Another favourite was the Chilli Chicken Katsu Bao Bun, so filling and different to what you would expect. And if you are anything like me and have a sweet tooth, definitely try the White Chocolate and Yuza Dome – it was so flavoursome and indulgent.
If you cannot get a reservation for dinner at Bronte– do not panic. Chef Andrew Lassetter has devised a creative menu that covers breakfast and brunch too, so why not head there for a lovely Sunday brunch? If any of you fancy giving it a try, you can BOOK HERE.
